Mr. Vatanchi has over a decade of experience in finance, starting with Edward Jones and IG Wealth Management in 2012, where he spent a combined six years before selling his business to pursue his entrepreneurial goals. Mr. Vatanchi graduated with a bachelor of arts in criminology from Simon Fraser University. Currently, he is the chief executive officer and director of a number of publicly traded companies.

Mr. Hounjet is an experienced entrepreneur and capital markets advisor with a focus on building start-ups, corporate development, investor relations and corporate finance in both the Canadian and US public markets. He holds a BSc. from the University of British Columbia and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Ashish (Ash) Misquith has extensive experience in business development and start-ups. He has invested in multiple private and public companies and IPOs (initial public offerings). He is the founder of Swiftgrade, an artificial intelligence (AI) application that allows teachers to grade students in a timely and efficient manner. Mr. Misquith is an advocate for continuous education and is a former semi-professional tennis player.

Mr. Hay has extensive experience providing corporate development services and consultation to both private and public-sector clients, particularly those within the battery resource industries. After obtaining his Red Seal certification in 2012, Mr. Hay developed a significant interest in the lithium market due to the growing demand in electric vehicles. Mr. Hay is currently a director of Spey Resources Corp (CSE: SPEY) and Oberon Uranium Corp (CSE:OBRN).

Mr. Saini has over 10 years of experience helping businesses scale their operations to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. His expertise lies in creating innovative solutions that address complex business challenges and has a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Shaun has also successfully raised significant capital for various start-up ventures.
